MOVING OUT - Export to grow
The MovingOut Project – Export to Grow, promoted by AMOG - Associação para a Melhoria da Organização e Gestão, fits in the scope of the contest notice n.º ALT20-52-2015-02 of the Help System to Collective Actions – Internationalization, inserted in the Alentejo Regional Operational Program (Alentejo 2020).
This project as the objective of creating conditions for the PME's from Alentejo Regions to begin, backing up or stabilize their internationalization process through export flow to Poland, leaning in promotion actions and international prospection, valuing the national offer and the companies image.
The current project will run in 2016 and 2017 and will include the following actions:
The current operation assumes the investment value of 166.726,67€, which corresponds to a FEDER (80%) co-participation of 133.381,34€.

2. Diagnose and defenition of internationalization strategy;
3. International marketing plan for companies of Alentejo region;
4. Poland prospection trips and inverse mission;
5. Development and availability of internationalization help tools;
6. Intervention and sensibilization plan (workshops and seminars);
Through this project, it will be possible to create and/or increase the exportations of PME's and increase the business volume!2. Diagnose and defenition of internationalization strategy;
